(1) The Election Officer shall inform the Commission as soon as possible of setting another date and time for re-voting in polling stations where voting has been canceled or postponed in accordance with Section 39, 40 or 41 of the Act.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the date and time for re-voting shall be published as soon as possible at the place where the polling station is located as per schedule-16.
